Joe shares his love of flying with children through the local Young Eagles program. Young Eagles gives kids between the ages of 8 and 17 their first airplane ride. Since 1992, their mission is to introduce kids to the world of aviation. Today, they have given over 2 million kids their first airplane ride.

Tyler is a Board Member and Big Brother for the Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Siouxland. The organization is designed to help develop positive relationships for youth ages 6-18. Their mission is to provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported, one-to-one relationships that changes lives for the better.

Tyler is a South Dakota Certified Firefighter and a Nationally Registered EMT. Tyler Volunteers with the North Sioux City Fire Department which provides Fire, Rescue, and EMS to the Dakota Valley Emergency Services District.

Tyler is a member of the 100+ Men Who Care, Siouxland Chapter. This national organization meets quarterly to decide on an organization to support, and then they donate $100 to that organization. The idea behind their group is that through the power of numbers, combined donations will make an immediate impact on the local community.

Tyler is an active member of the Sioux City Growth Organization (SCGO). The SCGO, formed in 2002, is an organization geared toward creating a positive impact on the future of the community, while promoting promise and showing appreciation by bringing together voices for the common good, developing leaders, and taking an active role.

Tyler serves on the St Florian Burn Foundation Board of Directors as the Treasurer. St. Florian is empowering the burn community to come together, to build strength and hope along the journey and to become a unified voice for support and prevention.

Tyler is a financial supporter of Be the Match. Be the Match is an 25 year old organization operated by the National Marrow Donor Program and works to save lives through bone marrow transplants to hose with life threatening blood cancers like leukemia and lymphoma.
